Can I exchange my planner for a different one?

I requested a refund but still received my planner. What do I do?

I received a defective planner (missing some pages/out of order/etc.). What do I do?

I received the wrong planner. What should I do?

I need to cancel my order. What do I do?

**Please note, it usually takes 1 – 2 business days (non-holidays/non-weekends) for us to process your order. Once it has left our warehouse, we will be unable to cancel your order**


When will my order be shipped?

A: Orders are fulfilled within 2 – 3 business days (non-holidays/non-weekends) from the order purchase date. PRE-ORDERS will be processed when the product is released.

If I order now, will I be charged now or when it ships?

A: You are charged at check-out!

I would like to change my shipping address/name/e-mail/etc. on my order. What do I do?

Do you ship overseas?

A: We ship to anywhere in the world! For an estimate of your order, simply fill up your cart and enter your shipping address, and our automated shipping cart will give you a total.

Please note that customs fees are not covered in the shipping costs during checkout. Customs policies vary between countries and unfortunately we have no control over how your country determines customs fees. To find out how not to be charged customs fees, contact your local customs office for more information. Most countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes.

Why is international shipping so expensive?

A: Because of the planner’s weight and thickness, they must be sent as a “package” instead of an envelope. Sending individual packages internationally are pricey but the more planners per order, the more you save on shipping.

Can I pick my planner up in person?

A: For security and safety reasons for Angelia and her staff, we are not allowing anyone to pick up the planner locally. We thank you for your understanding.
